We try our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 4 to 7 days production time for your order to ship. The average delivery time is 15 to 21 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order ships. If you do not have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at ggmkla16@gmail.com.
I am not satisfied with my order, can it be returned? What if there is a problem?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to return the product to us for a full refund. You must return it at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund you the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on returned packages.
Please note: If your package is in transit, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order before shipping. If the item has already been dispatched, please use our easy returns system to receive a full refund.
I entered an incorrect address, what can I do now?
If you misspelled or auto-entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you have verified whether the address provided is incorrect, please notify us by email at ggmkla16@gmail.com. If the address provided is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. There will be no refund after 24 hours of incorrect transmission.
